Department of Communications has today informed Colaiste Chiarain that it will be part of the 100Mbit/sec High Speed Schools Network in 2013. This will provide quality access to the Internet using the school network.

We welcome our incoming 1st years to the school on Saturday 2nd February for their entrance test.

The Gluais group are meeting in the school on Wednesday 23rd January 2013 from 6.30pm to 9.00pm.  The group will be discussing upcoming events for the rest of the school year.  The Gluais group provides support for new incoming first years and they organise events and activities for them throughout the school year.

The Leaving Certificate Physics students will be attending an experimental laboratory session in NUI Maynooth on Tuesday next, 22nd January.  The lab session starts at 10.00am and finishes at 12.00noon. Students will be back in school for afternoon classes.
